Senior Vice President, Strategic Engagement

As SVP of Strategic Engagement, Abby Spring leads efforts to create new partnerships and relationships to expand the reach and impact of The Conservation Fund’s proven business models for protecting and sustaining America’s lands that matter most for climate, nature, and communities. Spring brings a wealth of experience to her new role, serving as a senior strategist, advocacy and communications expert advising leaders across NGOs, multilateral organizations, and the private sector. Her background includes advising Fortune 500 companies as Senior Vice President for Global Social Responsibility at Edelman, serving as Senior Advisor to the Champions for Nature at the World Economic Forum and as North American spokesperson at the U.N. World Food Program. She also held senior positions at the World Bank and the World Wildlife Fund. She holds a master’s in international public policy from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
