Meet Your Match on Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday is a day to share and collaborate with the charities and causes important to us. With this spirit of giving, we ask you to join The Conservation Fund in protecting nature today with a gift that will go twice as far.

Your holiday season may have kicked off with football games and time spent with loved ones over Thanksgiving tables. After the rush of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we hope you’ll take a moment to enjoy the outdoor spaces around you. Nature provides so much, whether in your backyard, your neighborhood park or even a state park a drive away — time spent in nature is special.

That is certainly true for Paul Hagen, Vice Chair of The Conservation Fund’s Board of Directors, who has been a supporter of The Conservation Fund since 2007 and has served on the Board for 12 years. Paul and all our board members recognize that our work is more important now than ever, and they want to help make every donation to The Conservation Fund go even farther.

That’s why we are thrilled to once again offer a match thanks to our generous board members — an incredible boost to giving that doubles your donation. That’s right — all donations made on November 26, 2023, through midnight on November 29, 2023, will be matched dollar for dollar!*

*All online donations to The Conservation Fund made on November 26, 2023 through midnight on November 29, 2023 will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $100,000 in total match.

Advocates like Paul and all our supporters enable us to protect important greenspaces, year after year. To date, we have protected nearly 9 million acres of lands and waters critical to America’s communities, both urban and rural. There are a lot of great causes to support, and Paul reminds us on Giving Tuesday that protecting the outdoors and the landscapes that sustain and enhance our communities is as important as ever.

Thank you for joining us on Giving Tuesday and protecting even more of the natural world. Make your gift today to support The Conservation Fund and protect America’s landscapes!

For me, time spent outdoors is uniquely restorative. Over many years, I have seen the impactful projects and community benefits this organization has made possible with its many partners. The Fund works collaboratively on sustainable land use solutions that deliver both economic benefits and positive environmental outcomes to communities and landscapes across the country — from working forests to urban parks and critical wildlife habitat in all 50 states. These impacts and outcomes are why I work to further the Fund’s mission year after year. It’s also the reason I am joining with our Board of Directors to match all online gifts made during our Giving Tuesday campaign.* Together we can keep making positive impacts for people and nature.”
