Carolyn is the Fund’s Senior Paralegal.  She works directly with the Deputy General Counsel, Associate Regional Counsel and field staff on conservation acquisition projects.  She also provides support to other members of the legal and real estate departments.  She is responsible for preparing contracts and other legal documents, and coordinating real estate closings in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin, and on our Working Forest Fund projects throughout the country.

Prior to joining The Conservation Fund, Carolyn interned with the Lower Shore Land Trust. She holds a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in Environmental Policy and a Minor in Biology from Salisbury University, and a Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University. She has been with the Fund since 1999.
