Rob Silk

Director, Brand and Creative

As Director of Brand and Creative, Rob is responsible for how The Conservation Fund brand shows up through marketing. Rob has deep experience establishing, scaling, and optimizing brands, marketing teams, output, and operations in both the nonprofit and business worlds.

Prior to joining The Conservation Fund in 2026, Rob led an award-winning brand awareness campaign for vacation rental company Evolve, oversaw the first-ever rebrand of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and built two agency creative teams from the ground up. Earlier in his career he worked in advertising with clients including Delta, IBM, Merrill Lynch, and General Motors.

Originally from Connecticut, Rob lives south of Denver, Colorado with his wife, daughter, and a lot of wildlife. He enjoys hiking, writing and performing music, cooking, and concerts.
