Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Rayenne serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Conservation Fund. She oversees the financial management of the organization and advises on its key real estate transactions. She is also responsible for TCF’s capital formation strategy.

Rayenne joined The Conservation Fund in 2026 after 25 years in real estate finance, acquisitions, development, and private equity capital formation. She was a founding team member in 2006 of Exeter Property Group, now known as EQT Real Estate, where she served on the Investment Committee with a focus on U.S. and Europe logistics properties. She cultivated and/or closed the firm’s top 100 institutional investors and was instrumental in closing over 17 investment vehicles totaling $20 billion in equity.

Her early career focused on market-driven environmental solutions at a management consulting firm and the EPA’s SO2 trading program. She has served on the Boards of Natural Lands, which has preserved over 137,000 acres in Greater Philadelphia, and the Arden Theatre. She graduated from Harvard University (AB, English) and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA, Real Estate).
