Maya Fuller

Program Associate, Urban Conservation and Community

Maya Fuller is The Conservation Fund’s Urban Conservation Program Associate. In this role, she participates in capacity building with communities nationally and working towards furthering their conservation and sustainability goals. She also engages in research, grant administration and assistance.

Maya graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in sociology and geography in 2024. Studying sociology and geography simultaneously led herĀ  to develop a deep interest in, and passion for, environmental justice. In previous roles, she conducted qualitative and quantitative research, website management, and emissions tracking.

In her free time, Maya enjoys being outdoors and staying active. A former swimmer, she has a passion for water sports during the warmer months. She also loves hiking and snowboarding.
