Khadija Sadat

Donor Services and Gift Processing Manager

As Donor Services and Gift Processing Manager at The Conservation Fund, Khadija oversees donor data in Raiser’s Edge, manages day-to-day gift processing operations, and ensures accurate reconciliation with the Finance team. She also serves as a point of contact for donor inquiries, helping to uphold a high standard of service and data integrity.

She joined The Conservation Fund in July 2025 and brings 6 years of experience working with international non-profit organizations. Her previous roles with GIZ, Oxfam Novib, and the Norwegian Refugee Council focused on grants management, donor reporting, and program coordination. Khadija holds a Master’s degree in Global Studies from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Outside of work, Khadija enjoys biking, reading, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She’s passionate about social justice and often finds herself overthinking ways to help create a fairer, more sustainable planet.
