Derek Franklin

Derek’s vast conservation experience has resulted in thousands of acres being conserved. He consults on behalf of private landowners, non-profits, and state/federal agencies regarding acquisition, disposal, and valuation over tens of thousands of acres. As an appraiser, his approach is analytical and data driven. Since his tenure at The Nature Conservancy, Derek has years of experience as an appraiser, developer, and owner/caretaker of family hunting clubs. Derek serves on the Arkansas Hunter’s Feeding The Hungry Board and displays a principled commitment to increase conservation efforts throughout the Lower Mississippi River region.
