Kristina Wyatt

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Kristina is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Conservation Fund. She serves as the chief legal officer and directs the Fund’s legal affairs, manages legal compliance and transactional matters, and seeks to limit the Fund’s risk exposure. In her role as General Counsel, Kristina provides strategic legal counsel and advice to the President/CEO, Board of Directors and other senior leadership team members. She manages the Fund’s internal legal function and legal department staff and serves as the primary or supervising legal advisor on major real estate and business transactions. Kristina is a member of the Fund’s internal Executive Committee.

Kristina joined The Conservation Fund in January 2026, after serving as General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer with Persefoni AI, Inc. Prior to Persefoni, Kristina served as Special Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, responsible for oversight of the SEC’s climate disclosure rulemaking. Before the SEC, Kristina spent more than 10 years at the law firm Latham & Watkins and led the firm’s sustainability program. Kristina graduated from Duke University, received her law degree from the University of Colorado, and her MBA from Yale University.
