Urban Conservation and Community Program Manager

Kelsey Pramik joined The Conservation Fund in November 2025 as Urban Conservation & Community Program Manager. The program works to create, enhance, and connect neighborhood-scale green spaces in under-resourced urban communities, with a strong emphasis on local leadership and community guidance. It is currently active in several cities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic and is expanding into the Midwest.

Kelsey brings over a decade of experience in outreach and engagement, urban conservation, project/program management, fundraising, and communications to the role. Her career has been dedicated to urban placemaking and greenspace management, including working in Washington, DC at the Rock Creek Conservancy and Federal City Council; in Boston at the Esplanade Association, Charles River Conservancy, and Downtown Boston Alliance; and working nationally with the Land Trust Alliance. She has a Master of Public Policy from American University and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

In her spare time, she enjoys birdwatching, stand-up paddleboarding, and yoga.
