Peg KohringPeg has 35 years expertise in nonprofit management, land protection and stewardship. Recent project development includes forest interior bird mitigation in 10 states and Green Infrastructure implementation. Her vast experience includes 14 years building the Milwaukee Greenseams Program, 10 years purchasing easements for the Ann Arbor Greenbelt and 10 years with the Michigan Department of Agriculture’s Purchase of Development Program. Previously, she worked for the Agency for International Development in Guatemala and as The Nature Conservancy’s Minnesota State Director.

Peg holds an M.S. in Botany and a  B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Michigan State University. She is the co-author of the LTA book, Selling and Transferring Land and Conservation Easements.
