Jodi O'DaySince joining The Conservation Fund in 1996, Jodi’s has concentrated on transactional work in the fields of conservation real estate and mitigation. She also provides legal support for grant programs, green infrastructure planning projects and restoration projects pursued by the Fund’s Sustainable Conservation Programs. 

Jodi serves on The Conservation Fund’s Management Committee, Real Estate Committee, Mitigation Committee and Accreditation Committee and previously served on the Maryland Governor’s Forestry Task Force and Rural Legacy Technical Committee.  She also spent eight years as a Maryland Assistant Attorney General representing the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and three years in private practice handling commercial real estate negotiations.

Jodi holds an A.B. degree from Vassar College and a J.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.  She has been a member of the Maryland State Bar since 1985.
