 <description>In 2004, with support from Governor Minner’s Livable Delaware Initiative, The Conservation Fund joined with the state of Delaware, Forestland Group, and USDA Forest Service to secure 2,000 acres of the most environmentally sensitive areas within the forest - preserving a portion of the property as a working landscape and creating new opportunities for hunting, fishing, and wildlife viewing.</description>
