Rachael drives positive change by working across the organization to help implement The Conservation Fund’s growth vision and trajectory. Her role includes managing projects that build, strengthen and engage a base of philanthropic supporters to advance our mission.

Rachael joined the Fund in 2016 and brings both international and domestic conservation fundraising experience. She led fundraising teams at Rainforest Trust, Friends of the Rappahannock, and developed eco-based community development programs in Bali, Indonesia.

Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Global Leadership and Management from Portland State University and a degree in Public Administration from James Madison University. Rachael lives in the small town of Madison, Virginia, where she rebuilt a 100-year-old farmhouse with her husband. On the weekends, you can find her exploring the mountains and rivers in her backyard.
