HEAL Coordinator, Resourceful Communities


Jasmine Stammes 205x250Jasmine provides capacity building and technical assistance to community-based organizations working to advance access to healthy foods and opportunities to be active.  She brings experience with community wellness, racial equity and program planning, implementation and evaluation to Resourceful Communities’ Healthy Eating Active Living Initiative.

She holds a BA in Human Geography from Dartmouth College and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from UNC Chapel Hill. Before joining The Conservation Fund, Jasmine worked at the UNC Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with their UNC SNAP-ED team, where she focused on social marketing and nutrition education. She is a yoga practitioner and avid plant-based cook, with an interest in sharing and teaching holistic wellness in communities of color.
