Scott M. Tsukuda is the Director of Operations for the Freshwater Institute, a field office and program of The Conservation Fund, Arlington, VA.
Mr. Tsukuda received his B.S. and Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Cornell University. He has past certifications as an MCSE, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and he is currently a CEM, Certified Energy Manager. His current area of work includes research on denitrification technologies and energy auditing. Past work has included MSExcel computer modeling, PLC programming, and alternative waste treatment systems demonstration. He is a member of the ISA- The Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society and IEEE- The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers..
