Gray wolf In a historic conservation deal, a team of public and private partners, including The Conservation Fund, has preserved more than 51,000 acres -- or almost 80 square miles -- of Minnesota's renowned Northwoods. The conservation effort protects this threatened landscape for dozens of valued species, including the gray wolf.

"Plan-It Green" Launches
American Express campaign will raise up to $300,000.
Plan-It Green The Conservation Fund announced Plan-It Green, a new campaign through which American Express Cardmembers can help protect the places we love to visit. Through the end of November, American Express will make a donation to The Conservation Fund for every online booking made with an American Express Card at any of 10 participating travel merchant partners.
