In November 2010, the Fund conveyed property overlooking Hauser Lake in Montana to BLM after purchasing it from a willing landowner interested in conserving the land for outdoor recreational use. The acquisition by BLM was made possible by the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act (FLTFA).
