Go Zero Corporate Program

Climate change has emerged as the environmental issue of the 21st century and will have an impact on almost every company in United States and around the world. The Conservation Fund created Go Zero as a way for any business -- regardless of size or budget -- to take action and responsibility in the fight against global warming.

The Conservation Fund can help companies develop a cost effective carbon offset program for just about any purpose on almost any budget. Here are just a few corporate offset opportunities to consider with Go Zero:

  • Corporate headquarter emissions
  • Incentive for switching from paper to wireless billing or shareholder reports
  • Cause-related marketing campaign (Submit partnership request form)
  • Customers participation
  • Online / Web site promotion
  • Employee donation matching program
  • Company events -- such as event sponsorships or shareholder meetings
  • Staff air travel / commutes
  • Conferences, retreats

Benefits to Corporations and Organizations

Featured in national outlets such as Forbes, Good Morning America and Vanity Fair, Go Zero provides a powerful way for companies to strengthen their brand and reputation with key audiences and with targeted media. Additional benefits include:

  • Corporate positioning / Community relations:
The visibility and tangibility of the offsets (trees) are singularly powerful as communications tools, helping your company to demonstrate its 'Carbon Zero' status and full commitment to corporate environmental stewardship and sustainability.

  • Staff pride and engagement:
From planting trees to offsetting their personal emissions, employee morale is significantly increased when involved with corporate community initiatives. A FastForward survey revealed that 88% of employees believe it is important that the organization they work for is committed to living its values, but only 45% believe their employer does.

  • Positive customer engagement:
Go Zero will allow your company to further engage customers and other shareholders through promotional mailings, advertising and events.
