Blaine Phillips

As Senior Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, Blaine Phillips manages our conservation efforts in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Outside work, Blaine spends time with his kids visiting national parks and exploring the woods behind their house. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
